The rooms were reasonably spacious and had a great view. the hotel's location was absolutely perfect, next to the Theth waterfall, Lockin tower, church, mini market.

Perfect and best possible location in the natural area, right by the stop where the transfers from Shkoder arrive, the centrum of Theth and theth-valbona. Neat unit with a great view...

Flodisa is a fantastic place for young people. the hosts were super friendly and helpful, providing transportation arrangements and answering any questions we had. the meals prepared at the property were excellent, with generous portions that left us satisfied. the rooms were comfortable, with hot showers and towels provided. the location is perfect for the Theth-Valbona hike, no matter which direction you choose. We had a great time exploring the surrounding area and the beautiful green grounds of the property.

Felt right at home, no complaints at all.

Impeccably clean and cozy rooms, with a satisfying hot shower. Extremely delicious homemade meals, including fresh local produce and dairy products. Friendly and attentive staff, providing excellent service. Convenient location near information center and supermarket. Charming ambiance with beautiful surroundings.
